Rajdeep Sahrawat is part of the leadership team at NASSCOM, the apex body of the Indian IT and BPO industry. At NASSCOM, he is responsible for accelerating the growth of the domestic IT market and increasing innovation & R&D; in the IT industry. Rajdeep started his career in 1990 with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and worked with TCS for 15 years in various roles. Most recently, he was responsible for a strategic initiative in TCS to incubate emerging technologies and develop new solutions. Prior to that he was based in UK as Director Sales and was part of the senior management team of TCS UK. Rajdeep has lived and worked in USA, Uganda, Netherlands, Malaysia and UK. Rajdeep has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication from REC Kurukshetra (1988) and a Master in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi (1990). |
